NMM 2133 - A shiny black beauty.
NMM 2133 - Jar
NMM 2133 Jar is a shiny black V-type (glass) micrometeorite featuring a nickel-iron metal mound at the front that has triggered beautiful conical crystallisation, covering nearly fifty per cent of the stone. In the glassy rear section, we observe both isolated pyramidal crystals—formed by the soap bubble effect, as explained in the Atlas—and, above all, intriguing circular pit erosion. This micrometeorite has it all and is renowned among collectors worldwide for its full page (40) presentation in the Atlas of Micrometeorites. A unique opportunity.
