27 identical meteorites were found together. Irregular exterior, no burn crust, the cut reveals a polymict breccia with many fragmentary light and dark parts. Petrography: (C. Agee, UNM)
This lunar meteorite has at least four different lithologies.
1. unbroken olivine gabbro with clinopyroxene (~ 75%), plagioclase (~ 15%), olivine (~ 5%),
2. Fragment anorthosite gabbro fracture with ~ 75% plagioclase
3. Fragments of gabbroic breccia with approximately equal proportions of plagioclase, pyroxene and olivine.
4. Shock-melting veins and areas some of which are porous. Additional minerals are metal, silica, ilmenite, troilite, chromite.
